Bronze Package

Coordination Day 

·        

  • One client/coordinator meeting 4 weeks prior to event.

  • Design floor plan, timeline and processional order.

  • Review all contracts and ensure everything is perfect for the day. 

  • Unlimited phone and email access.

  • One coordinator for event.

  • Coordinator will call, answer questions and coordinate all information to vendors.

  • Coordinator will be the point of contact for all vendors month of event. 

  • Coordinate rehearsal.

  • Collect all wedding decor item brides has prior to wedding (sign-in book, guest favors, cake knife and topper, picture frames and other items).

  • Arrive 3 hours prior to event and stay for the entirety of day.

  • Pin all boutonnieres and pass bouquets and corsages accordingly. 

  • Set all wedding decor bride delivered prior to event day (May require an assistant depending on number of items and complexity of set up). 

  • Supervise and direct all vendor upon arrival and the duration of event. 

  • Direct and coordinate ceremony processional, cocktail hour and reception. 

  • Cue all important events with vendors and couples.

  • Oversee vendor clean up at the end of the day.
